*Can I return or exchange any of my items? Due
to the custom nature of most items, there are NO refunds or exchanges. -We have high standards of quality for our items. Within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, an item may be
returned with proof of purchase at no charge for replacement due to a defect. If we are unable to replace or repair exact item purchased, a store credit will be given, and you will be able to get another item for the same price. No refunds will be given. This warranty is not intended for normal wear and tear.
After thirty (30) days of purchase, a sensible charge will be accessed for repairs.
*Do you use real Swarovski Crystals? Yes! All of our crystals are purchased from a 5-Star Distributor of Crystallized Swarovski Elements
*Do you guarantee that the crystals will stay on the shoes? We
cannot 100% guarantee that you will never lose a crystal. Every single pair
is handmade by gluing crystals on, one at a time. And since they go on
your feet you should expect some wear. With proper care you should get a lot of use out of your Swarovski Crystal shoes. There is a 30 day
guarantee on your shoes and will be repaired for FREE within that time.
Should
a product require repair after the warranty period has expired, such as
a the replacement of a crystal, a sensible fee will be charged
depending on the nature of the repair and reshipping. However, you will
be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
*How should I care for my Swarovski Crystal Shoes? PRODUCT CARE
Crystal Flip Flops and Converse shoes are made from the highest quality
rubber, and the very best Swarovski crystals. To clean
the rubber portions of your Flip Flop or Converse, we recommend using a
damp cloth
and a mild soap. Always try on a very small piece of strap of similar
first to make sure there is no discoloration.
Avoid heavy scrubbing actions as this may cause pealing and
discoloration of the rubber. For removal of heavy stains, you may want
to try OxyClean. We highly recommend treating your Crystal Flip Flops
or Converse Sneakers with Scotchgard fabric treatment, we have found this makes cleaning
stains from the fabric much easier.
Do not store shoes in a very warm spot, as this could cause the crystals to shift.
